This page explains how phone numbers and email addresses are used in connection with private and semi-private swim lesson scheduling, communication, and service updates.

Important: By enrolling in private swim lessons or providing your contact information for lesson coordination, you understand that direct communication may be necessary between staff and participants or guardians to support scheduling, confirmations, updates, and lesson-related needs.

Because private swim lessons require individualized coordination, contact from our team or assigned instructional staff should be expected as part of participating in the program. This may include text messages, phone calls, or emails when needed for normal lesson operations.

3. No Marketing Use Without Consent

Phone numbers and email addresses collected or used for private swim lesson communication are not used for marketing purposes unless you separately accepted marketing or promotional communications during account creation through Daxko.

If you did not opt in during Daxko account creation, your phone number and email address will only be used for operational, lesson-related, account-related, or service-related communication.

4. Text Messaging and Deactivation Requests

If text messaging is used for private lesson communication, you may reply STOP at any time to request that the number be deactivated from text communication for this service.

Once a STOP request is received and processed, we will stop using that number for lesson text messaging unless and until re-enrollment or renewed consent is provided. Please note that deactivating text contact may affect our ability to coordinate private lessons efficiently.

5. Phone Calls and Emails

Even if text messaging is deactivated, phone calls or emails may still be used when necessary for operational matters related to your private swim lessons, unless you request otherwise and such a request can be reasonably accommodated.

6. Sharing and Access

Contact information is only shared with staff, instructors, coordinators, or administrators who need access in order to manage and support private swim lessons and related customer service.

We do not sell your phone number or email address. We do not use this information for unrelated promotional outreach unless you separately opted in through Daxko.

7. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect operational changes, communication practices, or applicable requirements. The most current version should be posted where private lesson users can access it.
